Address: Saïd Business School, Park End Street, Oxford OX1 1HP, United Kingdom
Getting There
Oxford railway station is directly opposite the venue. Direct trains run to Oxford from London Paddington and London Marylebone, and there is a direct mainline service from Birmingham.
The Airline coach runs from Heathrow to Oxford city centre, stopping at Gloucester Green coach station, a short walk from the venue. Alternatively, take the Heathrow Express or the Elizabeth line to London Paddington, then a direct train to Oxford.
The Airline coach also runs from Gatwick's North and South Terminals to Oxford city centre. Rail journeys from Gatwick involve a change in London, so the direct coach is usually simpler.
From London Stansted, London Luton or London City, travel into central London and continue by train from London Paddington or London Marylebone, or by coach from London Victoria.
The Oxford Tube coach runs between London Victoria and Oxford Gloucester Green, with stops in central and west London.
Taxis are available at Oxford railway station and at Gloucester Green. If you book a taxi for a whole airport journey, confirm the fare before you travel.
There is no on-site parking at the venue, and driving into central Oxford is not recommended. City-centre car parks are limited; Oxford's Park and Ride sites, with frequent buses to the city centre, are the easiest option if you arrive by car.
Please check routes, timetables and fares with the transport operators before you travel. If you have accessibility requirements, please contact us in advance so that we can discuss arrangements with the venue.
Where to Stay
Participants book and pay for their own accommodation. May is a busy month for visitors in Oxford, so we recommend booking early.
These hotels are listed for information only. The conference has no partnership, discount or reservation arrangement with them; please book directly with the hotel of your choice.
About the Host City
Oxford is known for its historic architecture, libraries, museums and gardens, all within a compact and walkable city centre. From the venue you can walk to the Ashmolean Museum, the Radcliffe Camera, the Covered Market and the riverside paths along the Thames. In May the city is at its greenest, with long evenings for walking tours and time on the river. Registration for in-person participants includes a free guided tour of Oxford.
